Mark Liney
Founder
Mark is an executive-level brand and marketing leader with over 20 years' experience on both sides of the table—leading rebrands for major companies, and driving growth and commercial performance for some of the world's leading creative agencies.
He has led studios and teams across the UK, US, APAC and China, including serving as Group CEO of DesignStudio (now Further), Managing Partner at Re, and Executive Director at Landor. Throughout his career, Mark has built agencies in new markets, transformed underperforming businesses, and consistently delivered multi-million-pound growth.
Alongside his leadership roles, Mark is the Co-Founder of Monika, an AI-powered naming platform.
Today, he works with brands as an embedded fractional brand lead, defining brand strategy, leading agency partners, and managing execution. He also partners with creative and branding agencies to strengthen their positioning, build growth capability, and provide the senior commercial expertise they may not have in-house.

Each playbook clearly articulates the organisation’s vision and strategy and translates this into actionable on-field tactics.
